  • Strength Circuit

    Intermediate

    Our Strength Circuit is a small-group training experience designed to challenge you both physically and mentally, supporting real growth over time. With just 10–12 people per class, you’ll train in a focused, motivating environment where form, technique, and progression are prioritised. Each session is structured as a dynamic circuit, blending strength training with weights, functional movement, and cardio bursts to keep the body engaged and adapting. Workouts are thoughtfully programmed to build strength, endurance, and confidence across a six-week term. Led by Liz, each class is energising and encouraging, designed to push you to your edge while still feeling supported.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    All Levels

    Slow Flow Yoga is a gentler Vinyasa-style class that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and move with intention. Blending breath-led movement with longer holds and mindful transitions, this practice builds strength, control, and body awareness without rushing. It’s a supportive entry point for those beginning their yoga journey, though if you’re completely new to yoga, we recommend starting with a 1:1 private session, as this remains a group class format. Ideal for anyone feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or simply seeking more presence, Slow Flow offers space to stretch, move consciously, and reconnect with yourself on the mat. Expect a grounded, meditative flow that eases tension, improves flexibility, and supports the nervous system, while guiding you through foundational Vinyasa techniques with clarity and care.   • Sculpt Pilates

    All Levels

    Sculpt Mat Pilates is a dynamic, full-body class that blends strength, mobility, deep core engagement, and mindful movement, all grounded in the core principles of Pilates. This energising practice is designed to improve posture, increase flexibility, and build functional strength and stability. Through controlled, high-repetition sequences, you’ll sculpt the core, glutes, arms, and legs while staying connected to breath, control, and precision. Expect targeted movement, uplifting music, and optional props — including bands and weights — allowing you to adjust intensity as needed. You’ll feel the signature Pilates burn while building endurance, body awareness, and confidence. Come ready to move, build strength, and boost your energy, leaving you feeling supported and strong from the inside out. If you’re new to mat Pilates, we recommend starting with our Align Pilates class, which focuses on foundational movement. While Sculpt Mat Pilates is welcoming, it is a challenging class and not suited for complete beginners. Please let your teacher know of any injuries or considerations before class.

    A strong, fun, high-energy, full-body workout blending strength-based mat Pilates, aerobic-inspired movement, and upbeat music in a warmed room. Expect deep core activation, longer holds, high-rep sequences, and dynamic use of props — including weights, bands, and balls — to build strength, stamina, balance, and control. This class is designed to challenge the body and build heat for lasting results, moving through a continuous loop of effort, focus, and release. Best suited to movers who enjoy being challenged. Sweat towel and water bottle recommended.

    An athletic blend of Power Yoga and Power Pilates, Power Flow is a breath-led, full-body class practiced in a gently heated room. This creative flow incorporates intentional prop use — such as weights, bands, and balls — alongside strength training, core conditioning, and mindful mobility to build stamina, control, and body awareness. Expect repetition within held postures, pulses, and dynamic sequences designed to strengthen the core, glutes, arms, and legs, while improving balance, flexibility, and muscular endurance. Uplifting music and steady pacing keep you energised and focused throughout the class. While physically challenging, the practice remains purposeful and grounded, supporting both strength and awareness. Power Flow prepares you physically and mentally for more advanced practices like Power Yoga, making it ideal for movers ready to level up and enjoy a challenge. Bring water and a sweat towel.

    Align Pilates at Loop The Studio is a gentle, low-impact class that returns to the fundamentals of mindful movement in a calm, non-heated space. Designed for all bodies and life stages — whether you’re recovering from injury, returning to movement, navigating stress, a senior, or new to Pilates — this class offers a supportive and accessible entry point. Through breath-led Pilates sequences, you’ll focus on deep core activation, mobility, and controlled movement, balanced with longer stretches to release tension and improve flexibility. With an emphasis on support over exertion, Align Pilates encourages intentional movement, body awareness, and a steady, nourishing pace.   • Yin & Restorative

    Restorative

    A calming, floor-based class designed to reset the nervous system and support deep rest, this practice is ideal for those experiencing stress, sleep disruption, adrenal fatigue, or hormonal changes such as perimenopause and menopause. Through long-held, passive postures (2-8 minutes), the body is gently guided out of “fight or flight” and into rest, repair, and regulation. With a focus on the hips, pelvis, lower spine, and inner thighs, this class helps release tension, hydrate the fascia, improve flexibility, and support emotional and physical ease. By encouraging stillness and surrender, the practice supports reduced anxiety, improved sleep and digestion, greater joint mobility, and a more balanced mood. Suitable for all levels, this deeply restorative class invites a sense of calm, grounding, and renewal.   • Sound & Yoga Nidra

    Restorative

    A deeply restorative experience combining guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) with the healing vibrations of live crystal sound bowls and instruments. Set in a nurturing, supportive space, this class is designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, reduce stress, and invite a profound state of rest and inner calm. No movement is required — simply an opportunity to lie down, breathe, and receive. Ideal for anyone seeking deep rest, improved sleep, emotional release, nervous system support, or a reconnection to the body, this practice offers space to fully let go and tune inward. Each session is unique, with meditation themes and sound responding to the energy of the room, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, and more connected to what’s present. Please reach out if you have any health considerations. We recommend bringing an eye pillow, and you’re welcome to bring a cushion or blanket for extra comfort.
